U.S.A.:   $3.00 per kit
All other countries:   $4.00 per kit

Taxes will be charged as follows:
Ontario Residents: 8% PST and 7% GST
Other Canadian Residents:7% GST
NJ, NC, PA Residents: 6% State Sales Tax
